Exercises to lose Facial fat at Home naturally!

Face is index of our mind and is the key to the personal impression of the people we meet everyday. At a certain age people might love your chubby cheeks but as we grow older, they look awkward and ugly. One of the major reasons for facial fat is Cellulites, which has become a leading concern for over 90% of the women in the world!

Cellulites are nothing but fatty deposits under the skin, which makes our face look chubbier, especially cheeks. Such changes are usually seen during adolescence after puberty. So, here are few facial exercises that might help you in reducing your facial fat naturally at home.

Facial Fat reduction Exercises

  • Smiling Exercise

Smiling exercise is a good workout for facial fat reduction as it increases tension near the cheeks. This exercise helps in bringing formation to your body by reducing the unnecessary cellulites. Below are the steps given to perform this facial exercise:

  1. Keep your mouth closed while doing this exercise to keep it more effective.
  2. Simply smile as much wider as you can and hold it for atleast 2-3 seconds.
  • Now, return back to your normal facial expression and perform this atleast 10 times daily.

 

  • Mouthwash Exercise

Mouth wash exercise is much like doing your daily mouthwash. This exercise strengthens our facial muscles and helps in reduction of facial fat to a great extent. Below are the steps to perform the Mouthwash exercise:

  1. Simply, just inhale air through your mouth and fill that air in your cheeks.
  2. Now, just transfer the air from one cheek to another like a mouthwash.
  • Do this for atleast 10 times daily for better results.

 

  • Jaw Exercise

This exercise is not just good for facial fat reduction but also at strengthening the jaws. This exercise also stretches out many of our facial muscles and strengthens them. Below are the steps to perform this Jaw Exercise:

  1. Keep your head straight and drop down your jaw as much as you can!
  2. Push your jaws to the front unless you feel from stretching at the cheeks.
  • Hold this position for atleast 10 seconds and return back to your normal position.

 

  • Cheek Exercise

This exercise helps in reducing fat at the cheek area thus reducing chubby cheeks. This exercise boosts the blood flow at the cheek area thus turning them into rosy red complexion. To perform this exercise below are the steps:

  1. With the help of your palms locate where the cheeks are chubbier.
  2. Once located, pinch that area of the cheeks gently with your 2 front fingers and thumbs.
  • Pinch gently for atleast for 30 seconds (Do not pinch hardly as it can cause adverse effects on your face). Doing this improves blood circulation across our face.

 

  • Pout Exercise

This is also widely known as the smiling fish face exercise. This helps in strengthening our facial muscles and reduces facial fat completely. Further this one also strengthens our lips tissues preventing them from breaking during winter. Here are the steps to perform this exercise.

  1. Keep your head straight and pull your cheeks inside making a pout.
  2. After making a pout try to smile if possible (ignore if couldn’t).
  • Stay in this position for atleast 10 seconds, and repeat it 10 times daily.

 

  • Tongue Exercise

This exercise is good for tongue muscles as it strengthens them. Tongue exercise is one of the best known exercises for facial fat reduction, as it removes the unnecessary cellulites from the face thus making your face less chubbier. Below are the steps to perform this exercise:

  1. Now, take out your tongue and try to touch your chin with the tip of your tongue.
  2. Keep your head straight looking forward and close your eyes.
  3. Keep in this pose for atleast 10 seconds.
