  • Salt Water

Rinsing your mouth with salt water is the simplest remedy for bleeding gums. All you need to do is, take a glass of lukewarm water and add a tablespoon of salt to it. After this, rinse your mouth twice a day for best results. Salt water helps in better circulation of blood in the gums, thus relieving you from gum bleeding and pain.

  • Fruits

Hard fruits might not be good news as they can worsen the situation. Try to have fruits rich in Vitamin C such as Oranges and grapes and avoid Apples and Guava. Lack of Vitamin C usually results in bleeding gums. Eat plenty of fruits rich in Vitamin C or Citrus to cover up the deficiency.
